But the throw is significantly shortened. :Overall I'd say there isn't a better shifter out there for the money. I converted from a TopSpeed (horrible) shifter to a Z1. I too love the way it feels. The only complaint I have is the rubber seal for the stock shifter doesn't fit over it and it tends to leak heat into the cabin. The shifter base is too tall and interferes with the seal.
